At Four Brothers, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support team. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement.


Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at support@fourbrothers.in or call us at the number provided on our website. Once your request is received, we will process the cancellation and initiate your refund within 24–48 business hours.


Returns Policy


Return requests will only be considered for the following reasons:

  • Receipt of a wrong product
  • Receipt of a damaged or defective product

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, through the 'My Account' section on our website. To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Accompanied by uploaded images of the invoice, product, and packaging during the return request
  • once refund approved the amount will be credited in 5-10 working days
  • Damage and defective product will be delivered in 3-5 working days

In the case of defective or damaged products, we will provide a free replacement. To assist us in processing your request quickly, please ensure that clear images of the issue, packaging, and invoice are uploaded.

Our logistics partner will pick up the item and return it to our warehouse. The refund process may take up to 15 business days after we receive the product.

If you've received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at support@fourbrothers.in or call us within 72 hours of delivery.


Returns will not be accepted for the following:


  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items with tampered packaging or labels
  • Incidental damage not caused during shipping
  • Products returned without all original components
  • Items returned in a condition different from when received
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Spare parts (only eligible for replacement if defective or wrongly delivered)
